1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Original tags must be intact and attached
- Items must be free of stains, perfume, or pet hair
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required
Final sale items, gift cards, and personalized/customized products are not eligible for return or exchange.
2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To start a return or exchange:
- Email us at bailey@wardrobeswonders.org with your order number and reason for return.
- We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a return address.
- Carefully pack your item(s) and ship them back to us.
- Once received and inspected, we will issue your refund, exchange, or store credit.
3. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping the receipt for your records.
- WARDROBE WONDERS LLC is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
4. Refunds
- Once your return is approved and processed, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If you received a promotional discount, the refund amount will reflect the discounted price.
5. Exchanges
- If you need a different size, color, or style, please indicate this in your return request.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- If the requested item is out of stock, we will offer store credit or a full refund.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We sincerely apologize if you receive an item that is:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect from what you ordered
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at bailey@wardrobeswonders.org with your order number and photos of the issue. We will resolve the matter promptly with a replacement or refund.
7. International Orders
- International customers are responsible for return shipping and any duties or taxes incurred.
- Original shipping fees and customs fees are non-refundable.
8. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for the following:
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Undergarments and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
- Custom-made or personalized products
