1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Original tags must be intact and attached
  • Items must be free of stains, perfume, or pet hair
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required

Final sale items, gift cards, and personalized/customized products are not eligible for return or exchange.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange:

  1. Email us at bailey@wardrobeswonders.org with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a return address.
  3. Carefully pack your item(s) and ship them back to us.
  4. Once received and inspected, we will issue your refund, exchange, or store credit.

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping the receipt for your records.
  • WARDROBE WONDERS LLC is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

4. Refunds

  • Once your return is approved and processed, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • If you received a promotional discount, the refund amount will reflect the discounted price.

5. Exchanges

  • If you need a different size, color, or style, please indicate this in your return request.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  • If the requested item is out of stock, we will offer store credit or a full refund.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We sincerely apologize if you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect from what you ordered

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at bailey@wardrobeswonders.org with your order number and photos of the issue. We will resolve the matter promptly with a replacement or refund.

7. International Orders

  • International customers are responsible for return shipping and any duties or taxes incurred.
  • Original shipping fees and customs fees are non-refundable.

8. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for the following:

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Undergarments and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
  • Custom-made or personalized products
